Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Bartender to join our team at Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center. As a Restaurant Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests, adhering to Marriott's beverage standards and procedures.
  • Inform guests of all beverage, food, and bar promotions, highlighting our hotel's offerings.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering basic questions and giving directions to local areas.
  • Perform side work accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Ensure timely beverage refills and use daily opportunities to upsell.
  • Follow proper procedures for ringing guest checks and cash collecting.
  • Make sure all drinks are entered into the POS system correctly.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is required.
  • Accurately practice service standards on a daily basis.
  • Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
