Position Summary

Explore our Plasma Donation Centers through this virtual tour.

Role Responsibilities:

Each day, the donors you engage with will inspire you. The high-quality plasma you gather will contribute to life-saving therapies. You will report directly to the Center Manager and oversee the overall management of staff in the production areas. Your role will involve supporting the Center Manager and the leadership team in achieving production and cost objectives while ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Your Contributions:

  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members and management staff.
  • Encourage teamwork and provide performance feedback, including initiating disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations related to quality, safety of products, donors, and employees, as well as the proper execution of daily operations.
  • Engage in the resolution and prevention of audit findings and prepare regular reports to keep management updated on operational requirements.
  • Work in various production roles on the donor floor and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a regulated environment or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work weekends, extended hours, and occasional travel.
  • A valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification is required.
  • Ability to remain mobile throughout the entire work shift.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders and below knees, and lifting up to 50 lbs. is necessary.
  • Possess fine motor skills, depth perception, and the capability to monitor equipment from a distance.
  • Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens is a possibility.
