Business Development Manager

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team in Bloomington. As a Business Development Manager, you will work with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and related door products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with industrial and commercial business owners/managers to discuss our high-quality products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth.
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
- Promptly follow up to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary.
- Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with contacts at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
