Enterprise Partnership Development Manager

Visier, a leader in people analytics, is seeking a highly ambitious Sr. Partner Manager to accelerate its momentum. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in enterprise software sales, account planning, storytelling, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Joint Go-to-Market Programs: Collaborate with consulting and advisory partners to define joint value propositions, sales enablement strategies, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Build and Grow Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, partner firms, and key decision-makers.
- Manage Partnerships: Track and manage partnerships against enterprise pipeline and revenue targets, driving urgency and engagement with sales teams.
- Drive Sales Cycle Support: Work closely with enterprise sellers to navigate partner ecosystems, serving as a day-to-day contact and point of escalation.
- Build Relationship Maps: Identify and engage with key leaders at partner firms, prospecting for new contacts, educating partners, and nurturing relationships.
- Align with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with enterprise sales, solutions, partner marketing, and other internal teams on business development, demand generation, and sales cycle support.
- Minimum 8 Years of Experience: In sales/business development, alliances, partner management/activation, and/or management consulting.
- Alliances/Partner Management Experience: With Big 4 firms and boutique advisories.
- Matrixed Organization Experience: Ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel work streams.
- Pipeline Management: Understanding of SaaS sales rhythms and cycles.
- Executive-Level Relationships: Demonstrated experience developing relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Business and Financial Acumen: Ability to uncover and understand unique business problems across various industry sectors.
- Curiosity and Creativity: Ability to build world-class go-to-market programs that meet customer, partner, and Visier needs.
