Role Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise software sales while embodying the qualities of a strategist, storyteller, and collaborative team player. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and implementing collaborative go-to-market strategies with consulting and advisory partners, encompassing joint value propositions, sales enablement, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Fostering and nurturing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and managing partnerships to align with enterprise pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Creating a sense of urgency around partnerships, assisting sales teams in engaging the right partners early in their strategic planning.
  • Collaborating closely with enterprise sales teams to navigate the partner ecosystem throughout sales cycles, serving as a key contact and escalation point as necessary.
  • Developing relationship maps with key decision-makers at partner organizations, including prospecting, educating, and nurturing these vital connections.
  • Working in tandem with Enterprise Sales, Solutions, Partner Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to drive business development and ensure alignment with key initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, alliances, or partner management.
  • Experience in managing alliances with major consulting firms and boutique advisory services.
  • A proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and mobilize multiple stakeholders across various initiatives.
  • Expertise in pipeline management and a solid understanding of SaaS sales processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with executives and navigate organizational dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for managing ambiguity and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Robust business acumen, capable of identifying and addressing unique challenges across diverse industries.
  • A creative mindset, demonstrating curiosity and authenticity in developing world-class go-to-market strategies that align with customer and partner needs.
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing technology environment, delivering innovative solutions to large enterprises is advantageous.
