The Strategic Partnerships Manager will spearhead and implement targeted sales strategies within a defined framework. In this position, the Strategic Partnerships Manager is expected to deliver outstanding service that aligns with the core values and mission of Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. The individual will ensure that all business activities adhere to company standards and facilitate resolutions to challenges between community associations and internal support teams, following established guidelines.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate and drive new business development by identifying potential opportunities, nurturing relationships, and managing requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Build and sustain relationships with current and prospective clients through effective marketing and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate and engage in the preparation of sales presentations, including the development of materials and scheduling of strategy meetings.
  • Identify potential new accounts and collaborate with the transition team to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Oversee the sales process utilizing CRM tools to ensure all relevant contact information, leads, and opportunities are accurately maintained.
  • Explore innovative methods to engage clients through collaborative efforts with internal teams and vendor partnerships.
  • Support various organizational initiatives, including cross-marketing efforts, community outreach events, and vendor collaborations.
  • Manage the progression of the sales pipeline across designated markets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
  • Participate in sales and marketing training sessions and industry events as necessary.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

At least three years of sales experience in a service-oriented sector is required. Experience in business development or operations within association management is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering effective relationships at all organizational levels. The candidate should be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively. Coaching and training skills, along with a basic understanding of accounting principles, are advantageous.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred. A solid understanding of computer hardware and software is required, particularly proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Travel and Availability:

Willingness to travel as needed within the state. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends based on project demands is necessary. The ability to respond to urgent situations promptly is also required.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and work in both standing and seated positions for extended periods. The role may involve occasional handling and lifting of objects. Frequent use of hands for typing and visual engagement with computer screens is necessary. Effective communication and information exchange through spoken and written means are essential.
