Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

United Surgical Partners is seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to establish and foster relationships with physicians, practice managers, and schedulers to grow and develop our centers' potential case volume and service lines.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to increase case volume and service lines.
- Support business development processes to facilitate increased access to procedural times.
- Identify trends in provider utilization and facilitate discussions to understand underlying dynamics and decision-making.
- Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders at proceduralist physician offices to increase selection of centers.
- Identify trends in assigned providers' utilization and facilitate discussions to understand underlying dynamics and decision-making.
- Coordinate with Operations team and provider/practice to optimize use of existing block times and increase access to procedural time.
- Conduct face-to-face business development meetings to ensure thorough understanding of center attributes and capabilities.
- Complete follow-up meetings to ensure thorough understanding of physicians' desires, needs, and obstacles to growth.
- Communicate feedback from clients and partner with facility resources to facilitate business development and onboarding.
- Prepare and present business development reports to measure case volume growth and identify trends.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a field related to healthcare business development, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Exhibited success in a business development/sales role.
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
