Responsibilities

The Housing Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role at AHF by serving as the primary contact and staying informed about relevant housing regulations, resources, programs, policies, and referral networks for the Division. This position collaborates directly with various property managers, tenants, individuals seeking housing, and other stakeholders to establish a comprehensive system for accommodating those eligible for AHF's housing initiatives. You will oversee and guide the Leasing and Housing Coordinators.

The Housing Partnerships Manager enhances AHF's reputation by co-developing policies and practices aimed at positively addressing the housing crisis in the United States. This role adds consistent value to AHF's Healthy Housing Programs by contributing to the housing sector and acting as a liaison to assist qualified individuals in accessing available properties.

You will be a dedicated advocate for our key initiatives.

The Housing Partnerships Manager will work closely with a cohesive team to gain hands-on experience and expand knowledge in various areas, including Case Management Programs, Comprehensive Housing Resources, Grants, HOPWA, Mental Health Services, Section 8, and Rapid Rehousing.
