About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim School Operations Director to join our team at Emler Swim School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by calmly, positively and proactively responding to challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement effective teaching methods to ensure students achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deck Management: Oversee the daily operations of our swim school facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of our swim school, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a swim school or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. education, business) preferred.
