  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing and customer experience professionals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of customer experience and marketing initiatives.
