Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate service appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and technicians.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send accurate invoices, addressing any billing questions or concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
  • Follow-Up and Communication: Provide timely updates on service progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details.
  • Customer Feedback and Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with service coordinators, technicians, and other team members to deliver exceptional service.
