Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador with ASM Global, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to internal and external guests of T-Mobile Center. Your primary responsibility will be to address questions, needs, and resolve concerns on behalf of the venue, ensuring a world-class experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet, check tickets, provide information, answer questions, and offer directions to guests as needed. Assist and accommodate guests with special needs, responding to questions or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Guest Services Management: Assist with retrieving lost and found property as needed.
  • Enforce Venue Policies: Enforce all policies and procedures of the venue, attending company trainings on medical aids, emergency procedures, safety, and customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as needed and directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or its equivalency.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service-related work experience.
  • Skills: Superior customer/guest service skills, positive attitude, ability to speak, understand, and follow directions in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, move around the facility, stand or remain posted in a stationary position for extended periods, and occasionally push guests in a wheelchair.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed according to venue schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in a sports, entertainment, or convention facility environment.
