About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at North American Dental Group. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, greet patients, and handle phone calls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Verification: Schedule and verify patient appointments, as well as confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office programs.
