Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and registers guests, assigns rooms, and provides information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handles guest inquiries, resolves issues, and provides recommendations for local activities and attractions.
  • Manages guest accounts, computes bills, and collects payments.
  • May make, confirm, and cancel reservations, as well as post charges and make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
  • Ensures accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Communicates effectively with other front office and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Reports to work on time, in uniform, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a front desk agent or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
