Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Strategy Executive to join our team at 23 year old Automotive Manufacturers Rep Agency. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business with OEM and Tier X customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong relationships with OEM and Tier X customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
