Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business with OEM and Tier X customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities with current accounts through reliability, honesty, and integrity.
- Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve and exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets for clients.
- Ensure all reports, plans, forecasts, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner both personally and for the team.
- Identify target segments where market share is low and produce a plan to target and grow sales in each of these segments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years of automotive sales experience working at the Tier 1 or 2 level.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments.
- High energy and self-motivated.
- Strong project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of strategic interaction with counterparts in Europe, ensuring strategies are aligned for North America for the set customers. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and organizational skills.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
