Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Hutchinson is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager Service and Aftermarket, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and target opportunities.

Qualifications:
Must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with engineering, finance, purchasing, manufacturing and other plant and office personnel as required. Attention to detail and accuracy. Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must have a base understanding of injection molding, rubber mixing, assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment.
