We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Business Development Team at Serra Ford Rochester Hills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in connecting buyers with their ideal vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and personalized communication
- Provide accurate and timely product information, directing customers to relevant dealership resources as needed
- Present financing options and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with sales teams and dealership management to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tracking systems to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
