Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Credit Review team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with travel arrangements, expenses, and check requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Credit Review team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and run reports as needed.
  • Answer phones and serve as a department liaison as required.
  • Organize and maintain records and files both online and in print.
  • Order supplies, distribute mail to team members, and prepare certified mail.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing office administrative support.
  • Experience in a banking or financial company environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn other systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use good business judgment in establishing daily priorities.
  • Adaptability to new situations, events, and changing business needs with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Desire to work in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment, with a positive attitude and good business judgment, and to maintain confidentiality.
