- Answers and screens phone calls, routes calls as necessary, and takes accurate messages.
- Greets visitors, guests, and employees, provides assistance, and refers to the appropriate party when necessary.
- Plans and schedules calendars, resolves conflicts, and arranges travel in compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitors supply levels, orders supplies, and performs minor equipment maintenance.
- Maintains confidential files and adheres to established policies and procedures.
- Diploma/GED equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
