Key Responsibilities:
• Liaises with senior executives and management to collect and relay pertinent information.
• Manages incoming calls for the manager, ensuring accurate message documentation and exercising sound judgment in call handling.
• Efficiently organizes and oversees the calendars of multiple executives, adeptly resolving scheduling conflicts in a professional manner.
• Coordinates and manages logistics related to travel arrangements, expense documentation, meetings, and appointments.
Essential Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience within a financial institution, particularly in a high net-worth environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building relationships and effectively interacting with internal teams and executive management to gather and convey critical information.
