The Executive Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing a variety of office tasks and providing support to senior management within Stellus Rx. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow within the organization.
  • Prepare and format communications, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Monitor and manage data through various systems and processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as catering and room arrangements.
  • Organize travel and accommodation plans.
  • Process and track expense reimbursements.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies.
  • Handle certified mail and other off-site business tasks as required.
  • Manage projects independently as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and registration.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience.
