  • Conduct yield analysis and support process modifications to enhance production yield.
  • Assist in comprehensive product characterization and reliability testing initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the MEMS or semiconductor sector.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or materials engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in the MEMS or semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in transitioning MEMS or semiconductor devices from design to production.
  • Expertise in MEMS or semiconductor packaging processes, including but not limited to: dicing, die-attach, pick-and-place, flip-chip, wire bonding, wafer bonding, encapsulation, or vacuum sealing.
  • Knowledge of advanced chip packaging and the integration of multiple components within a single package.
  • Experience with hermetic or vacuum-sealed devices.
  • Proficiency in developing automated production systems.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to meet launch and critical project deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Your actual level and base salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

In addition to base salary, you may be eligible for long-term incentives, including company stock options, discretionary bonuses, and the opportunity to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
