Become a vital member of our sensor innovation team, tasked with the design, evaluation, and production of high-performance electronic sensors for state-of-the-art space vehicles and spacecraft.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and implementing advanced algorithms and digital signal processing techniques for sensor applications.
  • Creating control algorithms for sensors and vehicles, utilizing Python or similar programming languages.
  • Performing validation tests on developed algorithms and sensor systems.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in developing algorithms for data extraction from extensive datasets and control algorithms for intricate systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Over 3 years of experience in signal processing algorithms for sensor technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Familiarity with sensing technologies and the data flow from measured signals to vehicle control systems.
  • Experience with radio frequency and/or inertial sensor technologies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during critical project phases.
  • Travel requirement of less than 20%.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range:

Sensors Development Engineer/Level I: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Sensors Development Engineer/Level II: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

Base salary will be determined based on expertise, skills, education, and experience, complemented by long-term incentives, bonuses, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental coverage, retirement plans, and paid leave.
