Regional Sales Executive

Cascade Windows is in search of a Regional Sales Executive to oversee window and door sales within a designated area. This role is pivotal in managing the assigned territory, nurturing existing client relationships, and cultivating new business opportunities to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously develop and maintain established client accounts
- Identify, qualify, and support new business prospects
- Leverage opportunities to cross-sell various product lines
- Analyze current and potential market volume by segment
- Utilize sales resources effectively to secure new business
- Implement a structured call frequency system to organize daily activities aimed at maximizing sales opportunities
- Engage in sales promotions and customer education initiatives
- Generate leads and ensure follow-up
- Assess outcomes and monitor competitive trends
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and submit annual sales forecasts
- Conduct competitive market analysis, gathering insights on pricing, products, and service levels
- Employ effective techniques for crafting and delivering tailored sales presentations
- Maintain accurate sales records and administrative documentation
- Provide weekly sales reports as required
- Manage communication and documentation processes
- Develop and sustain comprehensive customer profiles and sales records
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in direct outside sales, ideally within the building products sector
- In-depth knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience across dealer and distribution channels
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with major competitive brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in sales planning, budgeting, and expense management
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- High personal motivation and ethical standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for working with clients
- Experience in the building materials sector, particularly with millwork and/or windows and doors is preferred
