About the Role: The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for formulating and executing retail sales objectives by brand and by location while overseeing the beauty consultants.

The Regional Sales Leader collaborates with the Sales Manager to devise a comprehensive strategy for top-performing locations.

This role involves cultivating robust, effective, and productive business relationships while maintaining awareness of market trends and competitors to ensure brand growth outpaces the competition.

The Regional Sales Leader reports directly to the Sales Manager for the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective staffing plans across all retail sites, with a focus on high-performing locations.
- Execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Performance Monitoring:
- Track essential success metrics: sales figures, conversion rates, productivity versus expenses, customer satisfaction scores, and data collection.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to achieve ambitious targets, especially during challenging periods.
- Provide insights to the Sales Manager and Brand Managers regarding annual objectives and site selection for stores.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor the team to fulfill the sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set a standard for excellence in execution among all field personnel, demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Enhance the team's skills in retail management and drive improvements in commercial performance.

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to procedures as per regional and affiliate retail guidelines, brand standards, and company policies.
- Maintain brand integrity and visual standards across all retail locations.
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Proven experience in retail/sales and team management within a consumer-focused environment, ideally in the cosmetics and beauty sector.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results-driven, passionate about products, hands-on, adaptable, and a motivated problem-solver.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
