Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of direct outside sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories, as needed.
