This essential position entails developing and executing our sales plan, establishing revenue targets, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies.

You will collaborate closely with hotel general managers to enhance sales and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader, creative strategist, and meticulous professional with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector.

This hybrid position requires up to 50% travel, including hotel visits, sales training, and meetings, with the possibility of occasional travel exceeding this percentage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the hotel's financial objectives, drive revenue growth, and ensure high occupancy rates and profitability. Collaborate with the VP of Operations, hotel general managers, and the Revenue Management team to align goals and maximize revenue.
  • Deliver weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales expense reports, keeping department managers informed about sales-related expenditures. Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences to create an annual sales forecast, identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Boost revenue and attract new clientele through strategic outbound sales initiatives, including phone outreach to local professionals, corporations, and your personal network. Employ effective techniques to assist the sales team in exceeding monthly room booking targets, in alignment with the hotel's overall revenue management objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders. Create compelling sales materials that effectively communicate the unique advantages of our hotels.
  • Regularly update executive leadership on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

Manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Qualifications:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based quarterly incentives.
  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating success in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with major hotel brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional hospitality certifications are advantageous, but a strong sales background and passion for the industry are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure environments.
  • Comfortable with extensive screen time and active participation in phone and video communications.
