About the Role

We're seeking an Account Executive - Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for networking, marketing, presenting, and personally closing business. This is an outside sales role that requires you to prospect and close new business while fostering growth within our current customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Source, prospect, and develop new business by identifying potential advertisers within the Utah region.
  • Network and build relationships with prospects through various channels, especially in-person meetings, at networking events, and conferences.
  • Develop customized proposals to provide solutions for potential advertisers' needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current clients.
  • Continuously build sales knowledge and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Business-to-business sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proven prospecting and cold calling experience.
  • Exceptionally organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, and move to the next task.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
