Job Overview

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by adhering to established standards, processes, and tools for efficient project management. This role involves addressing project challenges that may hinder progress and facilitating effective solutions. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will track and evaluate project metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to identify areas for enhancement and propose operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful management of the Project Management component of our small to medium-sized business projects, ensuring client satisfaction and key deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Delivery Director to implement client-centered strategies that foster business growth.
  • Ensure transparent communication regarding project status with partners for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the sales team in ensuring proposals are precise prior to client delivery.
  • Provide leadership in project management and decision-making support.
  • Align individual and team performance with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Source quotations from vendor lists for finalized deals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale through installation, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Support the onboarding process for vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership or coordination.
  • Proficient in standard project management methodologies.
  • Exemplary leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to gather information and understand complex technical and financial matters.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a matrixed work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
  • Project management certification is preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or signage sector is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be capable of sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Close visual focus is necessary.
  • This position requires the use of a keyboard, headset, and laptop throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Salary is exempt from overtime.
