Your Responsibilities as a Senior IT Project Manager:

  • Oversee and direct projects of varying sizes and technical intricacies, including large-scale enterprise initiatives.

  • Utilize expertise to develop and present options and recommendations for implementation strategies across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the activities of cross-functional Program Teams through effective meeting management and information dissemination.
  • Manage schedule and cost development, including variance analysis.
  • Create, oversee, and actively manage a detailed Microsoft Project Enterprise Schedule/Plan, incorporating time and cost estimates.
  • Assist IT management in negotiating complex technical and business matters.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project methodology standards.
  • Facilitate the appropriate transition of solutions to the support team following company-defined processes.

Qualifications for Senior IT Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in IT project management.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse array of projects, including Agile (Scrum and Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure Dev Ops, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams, particularly with remote members.
  • Possession of at least one of the following certifications: PMP, MPM, CSM, CSPM, AgilePM.
