**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Verista. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT-OT infrastructure projects and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage IT and OT infrastructure projects and services to ensure timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with global IT infrastructure, local site stakeholders, and external IT service providers to ensure operational efficiency and IT services delivery compliance.
  • Prioritize infrastructure demand from site and global infrastructure, security initiatives, and change requests.
  • Develop project charters, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Lead project teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud technologies.
  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of project delivery, including design, implementation, testing, and handover to operations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place.
  • Monitor project expenses and report on cost variances.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Experience managing teams, including remote team members.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets up to $3MM.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, but not required.
  • ITIL certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle issues that occur during project execution.
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with a variety of personality types.
