Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize proven sales methods to prospect and identify new clients.
- Build a book of business through outbound phone sales and cold calls.
- Communicate the value proposition of Insight's products and services to key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and distributors, including HP, Cisco, Dell, VMware, Lenovo, Google, Red Hat, and Microsoft.
- Manage time effectively to achieve daily sales goals and metrics.
- Plan daily and weekly activities to achieve sales goals and metrics.
- Prepare quotes and bids as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience selling technical products with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts via phone.
- Strong preference for selling at least one of the following product lines: HP, Cisco, Dell, VMware, Lenovo, Google, Red Hat, or Microsoft.
- High energy, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and competitive drive to surpass goals and succeed.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Passion for building relationships and solving problems.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is typically $45,000, with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location.
