About the Role
CORT, a leading provider of transition services, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic sales professional to join our team as a Residential Account Executive. This is a full-time, outside sales position that requires a strong ability to connect with people, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and research within assigned markets
- Sell new services to existing clients and leverage virtual tools to engage prospects and existing clients
- Present value-based solutions to key decision makers and plan strategic marketing plans
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and work pipeline through full sales cycle
Requirements
- Outside sales experience and strong CRM skills, specifically Salesforce
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-family experience, including onsite property experience or experience with the rental lifecycle
