Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in the security sector to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history in inside sales and possess proficiency in CRM applications, particularly with a preference for Zoho. This position necessitates regular presence at our office and involves limited travel.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Assistance:
    • Provide support to integrators, property managers, and developers throughout the sales cycle.
    • Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the designated territory.
  2. Client Interaction:
    • Engage in cold calling to reconnect with clients we have not communicated with recently.
    • Facilitate virtual meetings and product showcases utilizing PowerPoint.
  3. Product Expertise:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product range to effectively articulate features and advantages to clients.
  4. CRM Oversight:
    • Leverage CRM tools (preferably Zoho) to monitor and manage projects within the annual pipeline.
    • Ensure all projects are followed up adequately, with comprehensive notes and accurate information.
  5. Sales Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Provide consistent updates and reports regarding sales activities and pipeline status.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of substantial Inside Sales experience; experience in the security field is advantageous.
  • Proficient in CRM software; familiarity with Zoho is preferred.
  • Strong capability to assist integrators, property managers, and developers.
  • Exceptional cold calling abilities and experience in re-engaging inactive clients.
  • Competence in conducting virtual meetings and product demonstrations using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and ensure precise follow-up and documentation.
  • Must be available for daily work at the office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and webinar platforms.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
