  • Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of outstanding service solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED, college preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, self-motivation, excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Licenses: Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses.
  • Background Check: Successfully meet pre-employment background screen.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search.
Compensation

Base pay range: $65,000 per year.

Annual Earning Potential: $102,600 per year.

In addition to the base pay, a colleague working in this role who has completed training may be eligible to earn additional monetary compensation, including overtime, incentive, and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
