Core Responsibilities:
Client Management & Development:
Oversee and expand the customer base within your designated area.
Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth.
Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators set by management.
Assist clients in product selection and guide sales towards key brands.
Sales Execution & Follow-Up:
Maintain a consistent follow-up on quotes to achieve a quote-to-close ratio of 20% or more.
Effectively address and resolve sales-related challenges.
Engage in site meetings as necessary to tackle any concerns.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and share insights on market trends and competitor activities within the company database.
Provide precise sales forecasts and projections.
Generate timely field reports and participate in industry events and promotions.

Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capable of interpreting technical documents, including operation manuals and Safety Data Sheets.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience & Education:
Demonstrated experience in outside sales is essential.
Carpentry skills are advantageous.
A Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred but not mandatory.
Licenses & Travel Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
