Position Overview:

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with evening shifts from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekend rotations every fourth weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols, requiring minimal oversight.
  • Utilize your knowledge of laboratory equipment, specimen processing, and testing timelines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of medical technology relevant to your role and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A formal educational background in biological sciences, chemistry, hematology, immunohematology, and microbiology, typically achieved through a four-year degree in clinical laboratory technology.

Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Medical Technologist, along with recognized certification.
  • Completion of a clinical rotation during your final year of study or equivalent clinical laboratory experience.
  • Certification recognized by the relevant regulatory body or a Master's degree with additional clinical laboratory experience.

Certifications:

  • Mandatory certification in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science from a nationally recognized organization.
