Project Supervisor for Special Security Representatives

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team of Special Security Representatives (SSR) tasked with supporting a federal agency's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations. This fulfilling role within the government contracting sector emphasizes collaboration, ongoing enhancement, and the ability to maximize team performance while serving a Federal Government client.

  • Coordinate and manage all contractor personnel activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
  • Monitor work progress and expenditures, ensuring all personnel are adequately qualified and trained.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Prepare and present Progress Reports, Management Reports, and other deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Government officials.
  • Facilitate the transition of responsibilities to contractors at various sites.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and business continuity strategies.
  • Oversee workload management, including SCIF Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Plans, and inspections.
  • Conduct visitor management, security clearance verification, and investigative procedures.

Some travel may be necessary. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Special Security Representative, 2 years in SCIF operations, an active TS/SCI clearance, and strong English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree. Contribute to significant government initiatives with Advantage SCI, LLC.
