Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Operations Specialist to manage office administration and support sales activities. This full-time role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and can effectively juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset for problem-solving, and a talent for enhancing office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
  • Oversee financial operations and daily office activities to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative responsibilities.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, perform precise data entry, and manage customer records through our CRM platform.
  • Assess customer qualifications by confirming homeownership and involving key decision-makers in discussions.
Sales Assistance:
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and estimates, providing support to customers after consultations.
  • Ensure customers receive and comprehend estimates, coordinating with in-home sales representatives for follow-ups and delivery of estimates.
  • Engage in negotiations to finalize sales when necessary, with the potential to earn commissions based on sales performance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Previous experience in office administration is preferred; experience in inside sales is advantageous.
Skills:
  • Strong phone presence with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to follow up assertively with clients and sales representatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
