The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for executing various tasks related to warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and packing products. This role involves operating small machinery and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure product standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate small finishing equipment efficiently.
  • Perform hand stripping and general table tasks.
  • Guide and train new team members on operational procedures.
  • Utilize printing systems for label creation.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain product quality through regular checks.
  • Conduct minor maintenance on machinery as needed.
  • Follow job ticket instructions accurately.
  • Count inventory to verify accuracy.
  • Distinguish colors for quality assurance.
  • Engage in machine-driven processes such as card wrapping and stripping.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
