Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions tailored to meet customer business requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and present actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) that align customer needs with Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and architect solutions while collaborating with development teams for large-scale clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Senior Architects must possess extensive knowledge across multiple development platforms, utilizing their skills and experience to evaluate customer requirements and architecture to create secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform's capabilities.
  • This role necessitates significant experience in field service environments, specifically with Field Service Lightning.
  • Lead functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive Design Documents and associated artifacts.
  • Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story evaluations, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other contemporary UI techniques.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating discussions with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape architectural visions and establish program roadmaps.
  • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges with clients and third-party partners.
  • Guide clients, partners, and implementation teams on effectively executing digital transformation initiatives using the Salesforce platform.
  • Build trust with client leadership by promoting and implementing best practices with Salesforce Industries and collaborating directly with clients to design technology solutions that meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify and manage risk areas within solutions, committing to seeing issues through to resolution.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 15 years in developing technology solutions, with at least 3 years focused on implementing Salesforce FSL solutions in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility within systems development and business consulting contexts. Proficiency in one or more of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) is essential, along with Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant is mandatory; other certifications preferred).
