Position Overview:


The Salesforce B2B Commerce Analyst plays a crucial role in collaborating with clients to gather and articulate comprehensive insights into their needs within eCommerce projects, transforming these insights into actionable functional specifications.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce B2B platform, enabling the analyst to guide clients through its core functionalities and identify necessary customizations during the design phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to extract and document detailed functional requirements.
  • Lead workshops to facilitate the gathering of functional specifications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce B2B, including CloudCraze and Lightning B2B.
  • Provide education on platform features and assist in identifying customization opportunities.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in areas such as catalog management, cart and checkout processes, and order history.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of the Salesforce B2B data model to support client needs.
  • Conduct platform demonstrations during the Discovery phase of projects.
  • Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including user permissions and object configurations.
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst or Functional Architect capacity.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce B2B (CloudCraze or Lightning B2B).
  • Possession of a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proven ability to gather and document functional requirements effectively.
  • Experience in leading functional requirements workshops.
  • Participation in multiple Salesforce B2B implementations is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Experience Cloud (Communities) configuration.
