Your Responsibilities
As a Salesforce FSL Technical Architect, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a domain authority to drive the design of practical and inventive solutions across various industries. We are looking for a candidate who communicates effectively and confidently, leading technical discussions and gathering business requirements.

  • Provide technical guidance on diverse aspects of the product and solutions tailored to the customer's business needs.
  • Develop, manage, and present actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) that align customer technical needs with Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and architect solutions while overseeing development efforts for large-scale clients.

Required Skills and Experience
FSL Senior Architects should possess extensive knowledge across multiple development platforms, utilizing their skills and experience to evaluate customer requirements and architecture to create secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform's potential. This role necessitates substantial experience in field service environments, specifically with Field Service Lightning.

  • Lead functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions.
  • Develop design documents and artifacts.
  • Expertise in user journey preparation, user story reviews, data modeling, Apex design patterns, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern UI techniques.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape architectural vision and establish a program roadmap.
  • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems involving customers and third-party partners.
  • Guide clients, partners, and implementation teams on effectively leveraging the Salesforce platform for digital transformation.
  • Build trust with client leadership, advocating for best practices with Salesforce and designing technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proactively identify and manage risk areas in solutions, committing to seeing issues through to resolution.

Experience Requirements
15+ years of experience in developing technology solutions, with a minimum of 3 years in implementing Salesforce FSL solutions through client-facing projects in progressively responsible roles related to systems development and business consulting. Expertise in one or more of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) is essential, along with Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant is mandatory; other certifications such as Admin, Developer, and Application Architect are preferred).
