Position Summary: In the role of Salesforce Developer at GG Homes, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and upkeep of our Salesforce platform. We seek a professional who excels in a dynamic environment, values accuracy, and is enthusiastic about providing top-notch solutions.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.
  • Component Development: Create and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • System Integration: Connect Salesforce with other systems utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Security Management: Establish and oversee Salesforce security frameworks, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system audits, prepare for Salesforce upgrades, and ensure system integrity.
  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • User Support: Offer training and assistance to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce functionalities.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine Salesforce processes and recommend best practices for scalability and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Basic Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin Certification, Developer Platform Certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and web services.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Python and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector.
