Your Responsibilities
As a Salesforce FSL Technical Architect, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a domain authority and steering the design of innovative and practical solutions across various sectors. We are looking for an individual who communicates effectively and confidently, leading technical discussions and gathering business requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical guidance on various aspects of the product and solutions tailored to customer business needs.
- Creating, managing, and presenting actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) that align customer technical needs with Salesforce solutions.
- Designing and architecting solutions in collaboration with development teams for large-scale clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Senior Architects must possess extensive knowledge across multiple development platforms, leveraging their skills to assess customer requirements and architecture to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform's capabilities.
- This architect role necessitates substantial experience in field service environments, with a specific focus on Field Service Lightning.
- Leading functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Developing comprehensive Design Documents and Artifacts.
- Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story evaluations, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other contemporary UI techniques.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating discussions with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and establish a program architectural roadmap.
- Managing customer expectations and negotiating solutions to complex challenges with both clients and third-party partners.
- Guiding clients, partners, and implementation teams on effective digital transformation strategies using the Salesforce platform.
- Building trust with client leadership, promoting best practices with Salesforce Industries, and directly collaborating with clients to design technology solutions that meet their needs.
- Proactively identifying and managing risk areas within solutions, committing to resolving issues through to completion.
Experience:
15+ years in developing technology solutions, with 3+ years in implementing Salesforce FSL solutions through client-facing projects in progressively responsible roles within systems development and business consulting contexts. Expertise in one or more of Sales/Service/Experience Cloud is essential. Salesforce certification is required (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant), with additional certifications preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect).
