We are in search of a Senior Salesforce Developer/Senior Administrator who will play a pivotal role in optimizing BILL's existing Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the technical authority, providing expertise in implementation and ongoing support.
  • Identifying discrepancies between business requirements and standard CRM functionalities.
  • Addressing escalated user administrative needs by delivering prompt and comprehensive solutions to technical and business challenges.
  • Developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including expertise in Visualforce, Lightning LWC, Apex, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving defects for scheduled releases and production issues.
  • Conducting analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integrations.
  • Facilitating cross-system integrations between Salesforce and other related systems.
  • Applying Salesforce best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure successful sprint completion.
  • Researching and implementing new releases, patches, and system updates as required.
  • Reviewing 'Preview' environment updates to ensure no adverse effects on current implementations.
We would love to connect if you possess:
  • 5+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Developer, specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud Development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/MetaData).
  • Experience in crafting customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks within Visualforce pages or Lightning components.
  • Proficiency with development tools such as Sublime, Git, MavensMate, or Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience with Salesforce Omni Channel, Service Contracts, Subscriptions, and Entitlements.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, functionalities, and limitations, particularly regarding governor limits and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of translating business requirements and engaging directly with stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce implementations.
