Position Overview:
Engage Recruiting is seeking a skilled contract Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team for a period of approximately 6 months.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in refining our client's Salesforce infrastructure and solutions, with a strong emphasis on enhancing efficiencies, automating processes, and meeting the sales management requirements.

Your collaboration with business stakeholders will be crucial as you seek to understand their workflows, goals, and challenges. Leveraging your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability, you will craft effective solutions that enhance the efficiency of sales operations.

As a vital link between various teams, you will engage with Agency Owners, Marketing, Business Operations, and Growth-Data teams. Your duties will encompass the development and implementation of enhancements in Salesforce architecture and sales workflows to improve user adoption and operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will be tasked with providing accurate estimates and delivering impactful solutions within set timelines.



Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture Enhancements:
Design and implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency, automate workflows, and fulfill sales management needs.

Collaboration with Business Partners:
Work closely with business partners to gain comprehensive insights into their workflows, objectives, and challenges, enabling the delivery of effective solutions.

Efficiency Optimization:
Utilize your analytical skills and keen attention to detail to develop robust components that streamline and optimize sales processes.

Requirements Development:
Create detailed requirements and epics/stories to support business growth and the launch of new products or functionalities.

Enhancements and User Adoption:
Develop and implement strategies to improve Salesforce architecture and sales processes, driving user adoption and operational efficiency.

Project Estimation and Delivery:
Provide accurate project scope estimates and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.

Initial 90-Day Objectives:

Lead Management Enhancements:
Implement new lead status tracking and notification features to reduce initial contact time to under 15 minutes.

SMS Functionality Rollout:
Deploy SMS capabilities across the franchise network to enhance contact rates by 50%.

Salesforce Nudges Development:
Create new Salesforce nudges for the Referral Partner Network to achieve a fivefold increase in lead volume based on internal predictive models.

Required Qualifications:

Salesforce Proficiency:
Proven experience with Salesforce architecture, APEX programming, Lightning Components, and API integrations.

Component Development Skills:
Expertise in developing Lightning components and utilizing API testing tools.

Solution Development Experience:
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions, including conducting automated testing.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication abilities with a history of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Certification:
Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
