Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment and staffing plans for our locations
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage workforce planning to build capability and optimize performance
  • Develop and implement retention strategies for our employees
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation training for new team members
  • Lead efforts around employee engagement and retention at our locations
  • Coach team managers to understand business information and key performance levers
  • Drive incremental improvements to performance using robust analysis and benchmarking
Requirements
  • Experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the hospitality, food, or retail industry
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
