Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Professional Engineer specializing in Water Resources. This role is critical in managing various projects related to water management and infrastructure development.

Compensation: $112,500.00

Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of water resources.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the capability to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
  • A history of no more than 3 job changes in the past decade.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing multiple projects including the design of water wells, storage systems, and transmission lines.
  • Creating proposals, defining project scopes, and establishing fees while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer registration in Oklahoma, with the ability to obtain registration in New Mexico and Texas.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water resources.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and current industry trends.
  • Proficient project management skills, capable of planning projects from inception to completion.
  • Leadership qualities with effective communication and team-building skills.
  • Strategic delegation abilities and risk management expertise.
  • Knowledge of environmental and workplace safety regulations.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and align group objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to optimize work-life balance and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical skills to design resilient systems.
  • Capability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders and convey project plans clearly.
Additional Requirements:
  • This is primarily an in-office role with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
  • We welcome applications from candidates requiring sponsorship or visa holders; however, we do not accept Corp-to-Corp arrangements.
